In the last while, we’ve added some really useful features to the FoxWeave UI, all with the ultimate goal of making it VERY easy to migrate or sync data between your Cloud and On-Premise Apps and DBs. Anyone can use FoxWeave now - you don’t need to be a “geek” !! You’ll be connecting your Cloud and On-Premise Apps and DBs in seconds, with no coding required.
The main usability features we’ve added are:
- Data Filters: Use intuitive rules to easily filter in/out data as it moves between Apps and DBs e.g. only migrate Contacts that have a status of “active”.
- Data Mapping Wizard: Easily map data fields between the source and target Apps/DBs e.g. map the Salesforce.com Account “Account Name” to FreshBooks Contact “Organization Name“. No JavaScript required, as used to be the case.
- Data Mapping Recipes/Recommendations: The Data Mapping Wizard is great, but we’ve taken it a step further by providing mapping recipes/recommendations for many of the common mappings, allowing you to map data between Apps/DBs with one press of a button. We’ll be growing our database of recommendations over time, making this feature more and more useful.
